EACH is governed by the provisions in its Articles of Association and by the EACH By Laws

EACH Anti-trust Policy Status  Competition Law Provisions

The EACH governance structure ensures a fair representation of members’ views. It consists of three levels :

• General Assembly : the sovereign body of the association in charge, amongst others, of approving the articles of association, new members, the Board and the annual accounts.
• Board : the body that carries out the decisions of the General Assembly and manages the Association.
• Committees and Working Groups : the subsets of members that deal with specific topics under the guidance of the Board.

The EACH work is coordinated by the EACH Secretariat in Brussels.
